Real Change = Term Limits

The first time I became interested in politics was during the Clarence Thomas hearings in 1991.  The most amazing piece of this is that Joe Biden was on that committee, along with Ted Kennedy and Patrick Leahy.  There are so many others (mostly Democrats) that appear to make a career out of politics.  How can there ever be real change without term limits?  This should be the main talking point for anyone concerned with our government today.  The same people who talk about solutions now are the ones who were there when the problems were started.  Why do voters continually vote this people into office year after year and keep talking about change?
